Ahmad Chamy is Power BI Consultant & Trainer and co-host of The Drill Down with Ahmad & James, a new bi-weekly LinkedIn Live series drilling down on Power BI topics. Ahmad has been providing Power BI services for 5+ years as the Founder and Principal Consultant of D Cubed Analytics, a boutique BI firm based in Vancouver. Ahmad and his team have led 50+ Power BI report development projects and specializes in UI/UX dashboard design.

James Bartlett is a Principal Consultant at P3 Adaptive, a Microsoft MVP, and co-host of "The Drill Down with Ahmad and James," which is a bi-weekly interactive video livestream that focuses on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. James started his Business Intelligence career in late 2018 as a BI Intern at Hy-Vee, Inc. (a regional grocery chain in the US midwest), then joined the organization as a full-time BI Engineer six months later. After two years with Hy-Vee, James was recruited to spearhead the Business Intelligence and Data Governance efforts at Des Moines University (a top-ranked medical school in Iowa, USA), and he spent the next four years building and maintaining innovative data solutions, leading the central BI team, and establishing an internal Power BI Community of Practice called "The Data Dojo" within the organization. In early 2025, James accepted an offer to join P3 Adaptive as a Principal Consultant, and that brings us to the present day. Outside of working hours, James is a co-organizer of the Iowa Power BI User Group and the Higher Education Power BI User Group, and he has given presentations at conferences and user groups all over the world, with his most notable recent appearances being at Data Point Prague, FabCon Europe in Stockholm, and RADACAD's Power BI and Fabric Global Summit. In his free time, James likes to write and contribute to open-source software, play the guitar, produce electronic music, post articles on his blog, and volunteer with a nonprofit organization called Tech Journey, whose mission is "to inspire youth to increase their knowledge and interest in technology by providing engaging learning opportunities led by technology professionals."
